Test an agent before publishing
Place test calls, replay past conversations, and check changes safely.
Every agent has a Test panel that runs the current draft without affecting the published version.
Steps
- Open the agent and select Test.
- Choose In-platform call to talk through your browser, or Phone call to have it dial you.
- Review the transcript, tool calls, and latency for the run.
Good to know
- Test calls appear in Conversations marked as tests and are excluded from analytics.
- Replaying a real conversation against a draft is the fastest way to check a fix.
