Mission
To make every business call one that gets handled properly — answered on the first ring, understood in the caller's own language, and finished with the work actually done, not logged as a message for someone else.

Our story
Every day, billions of phone calls keep businesses running: patients booking care, drivers confirming deliveries, buyers chasing a quote, customers asking where their order is. Most of those calls still end in a hold queue or a voicemail nobody returns. We are building the AI that handles them, so the people on your team can do the work only people can do.
Voice is the most natural way humans communicate, and for decades it has been trapped behind phone trees and menu options. The technology has finally caught up. Every business deserves agents that listen, reason, and act while the call is still live — not as a way to cut costs, but because it is a better experience for whoever is on the line.
Production first, demos second. We build for the parts that are actually hard on a live call:
Real phone calls do not forgive shortcuts, so we do not take them. Every agent we ship is tested against your own edge cases before it ever answers a customer.
The teams we work with are not running experiments. They are running operations where a missed call is a lost patient, a lost load, or a lost deal. When voice AI actually works, a small team can cover every call, in every language, at any hour. That changes what a business of any size is able to take on.
We are not a self-serve tool you are left alone with. Every workspace gets a deployment engineer who maps your call flows, connects your CRM and calendar, and stays on after launch to tune what the transcripts reveal. You bring the operation. We build the agent around it.
Founders
Two founders, one vision, and a problem that needs solving.

Ali runs how urvo reaches the teams it's built for — the first call, the pilot, and the rollout that follows. He spends most of his time inside other people's operations, working out where calls actually go missing before anyone writes a prompt, and that's where the roadmap comes from.

Bilal owns what the product does on a live call: turn-taking, latency, and the mid-call actions that decide whether an agent is useful or just polite. He reads transcripts the way other people read dashboards, and most of what ships starts as something a real caller did that the agent handled badly.
To make every business call one that gets handled properly — answered on the first ring, understood in the caller's own language, and finished with the work actually done, not logged as a message for someone else.
A world where no one waits on hold to be heard, and where any team, from a two-person office to a national operation, runs its phone lines with agents that are indistinguishable from their best people.
Our values
Four things we hold to, whether we are writing code or on a call with your team.
A demo that works in a quiet room proves nothing. We measure ourselves on real conversations, with interruptions, accents, and background noise.
Agents answer from your knowledge and your systems. If the answer is not there, they say so and hand over rather than inventing one.
Latency, turn-taking, and mid-call actions are where voice AI succeeds or fails, so we build that infrastructure ourselves instead of stitching services together.
An engineer sits with your team through mapping, testing, and rollout. We would rather launch one agent that works than ten that need babysitting.

The best thing about urvo is that the agents feel like a dedicated team working for us. Every call gets answered on the first ring, at 2am on a Sunday just the same as a Tuesday morning.
We stopped losing jobs to whoever picked up first. Booked work is up a third and nobody on the team is chasing voicemails any more.
