Import an existing phone number
Bring a number you already own into urvo and assign it to an agent.
You can keep your existing number and point it at an agent, or provision a new one from within urvo.
Steps
- Open Phone numbers and select Import number.
- Choose your connection type and enter the credentials for your carrier account.
- Verify the number appears as active.
- Assign it to an agent — a number can serve one agent at a time.
Good to know
- Inbound and outbound can be enabled independently per number.
- Reassigning a number to another agent takes effect on the next call.
