Control data retention and recordings
Decide how long transcripts and audio are kept, per workspace.
Retention is configured per workspace so you can match your own policy rather than a platform default.
Steps
- Open Settings, then Privacy.
- Set the retention window for transcripts and for audio.
- Optionally disable audio storage entirely while keeping transcripts.
Good to know
- Deletion is permanent and written to the audit log.
- Recording can be turned off per agent as well as per workspace.
